Meet the Team
Harry is a C-level finance and operations professional who graduated with honors from SUNY Brockport in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and completed his Master of Business Administration in 2009 from Ashford University.
He started his career in general accounting and managed several accounting departments at various levels of responsibility. Subsequent to his private managerial accounting experience, he worked as a controller, VP of Finance and CFO providing financial solutions for small to mid-sized companies within a variety of industries. In these roles he was responsible for accounting, financial management and analysis, regulatory reporting, forecasting and budgeting, performance assessments, revenue-cycle and cash management, negotiations and contracting, grant management, compliance, policies and procedures, human resources, facilities management, inventory, information technology and special projects. These projects included the selection and implementation of software solutions, including, electronic medical records, accounting and supply ordering systems.
In addition to finance, Harry led business operations for several companies with responsibilities in strategic planning, business development, human resources, facility construction, compensation plans, operating agreements, and overall operations management. These positions include team building, mentoring, and training of personnel.
Harry served over 30 years in the Navy and has volunteered for the Junior Achievement and City Job Plus Programs along with serving on several boards including the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and several Down Syndrome Associations.
Becky started her career in General Accounting and Payroll. She then worked as a Benefits Accountant for many years managing client accounts for several companies in the Rochester area. Subsequently, she has performed in various accounting rolls including Staff Accountant, Accounting Manager and Controller. She has also managed her own bookkeeping company for over 10 years.
Becky is an expert in preparing financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, inventory management, cost accounting, job costing, and internal audit preparation. She also has extensive knowledge in Excel, Salesforce, FinancialForce, and QuickBooks. Becky is very detailed oriented and analytical, a problem solver and leader in customer service. Her personal interests include running and yoga. You will probably find her at a 5k fundraiser somewhere in Rochester.
Amberlee graduated from Monroe Community College with an associate’s degree in applied sciences in accounting in 2022. She is an undergrad (senior) at SUNY Brockport planning to obtain her bachelor’s degree in accounting in the Spring of 2025 and hopes to obtain her CPA the year following.
Her experience is primarily in bookkeeping, financial reporting, grants, and payroll. She began her career in accounting/finance working for a local childcare company which was the perfect mix of her career goals and past experience working in classrooms with children of all ages.
Amberlee resides in Greece with her fiancé, 10-year-old son, and cat Daxter. Her interests include weightlifting, running, and spending time with her family.
Lynn has an extensive background in bookkeeping, accounting, financial reporting, payroll and tax returns. She worked with an accounting firm for decades that includes providing financial management services for veterans and the elderly. Her areas of expertise include individual financial management, business accounting and reporting, personal and business tax returns since 1998.
Lynn also has owned and operated a family business for 24 years and has managed all of its finances and reporting obligations.
Lynn is the mother of 6 and grandmother of 10. She takes pride in spending time with her family and passing her knowledge on to them.
Petra graduated from Monroe Community College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Accounting in 1990 and completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo in 1992.
Petra’s career in accounting began when she graduated from Geneseo. While attending college, she assisted in preparing tax returns for a local CPA that subsequently led to her first accounting and bookkeeping position. Since 1988 Petra has worked for many small to mid-sized companies. Duties performed include accounts payable and receivable clerk, reconciliation of bank accounts, monthly general ledger auditing, preparing and entering daily cash deposits, monthly financial reports, quarterly sales tax preparation and reporting, and running a full payroll service for a local recruiting company.
Petra also supplies accounting and full charge bookkeeping to various nonprofits including month-end closing, audit preparation, creating and maintaining budgets and refining general ledgers to meet each organizations’ needs.
In addition to handling day to day functions for many small to mid-size organizations, Petra is also specialized in refining general ledgers and cleaning up financials that were in a critical status. Not only does she bring clients up to current status she prepares them for their tax returns and any threats of audits.
Petra has also passing the CPA auditing section, volunteers at her church in addition to teaching Sunday school. Some of her interests include gardening, cooking and horseback riding.
Dustine is a graduate of Colorado State University-Global Campus, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
She began her career in banking while pursuing her associate degree, demonstrating her commitment to education and growth. After earning her associate degree, she launched her accounting career at a local utility line clearing company, gaining valuable experience and expanding her expertise across various areas of the business.
Continuing her education, Dustine obtained her bachelor’s degree and went on to manage and run her own business. During this time, she worked in various levels of accounting with a variety of industries, deepening her knowledge and refining her skills. Her passion lies in helping businesses maintain accurate financial records and becoming a trusted part of their team.
Outside of her professional life, Dustine is a proud mother of three, a music enthusiast who loves singing, and someone who treasures family time. Recently engaged, she’s excited about the next chapter in her life and is eager to bring her dedication and expertise to the team.
Kelly studied accounting and human resources at Bryant & Stratton and graduated with an AOS Degree in Accounting in 2007. After graduation and for the next 10 years, Kelly was able to move into an accounting role where she worked directly under the controller. Her duties included managing all accounts receivable functions (manage customer invoicing, bank deposits, posting receipts, sending statements and performing collections), accounts payable (develop purchase orders, post vendor invoices, process payments), human resources (process payroll and performing benefit management), banking & credit card reconciliations, maintain cash flow reports and perform budget maintenance. In addition to the above duties, she also processed sales orders, inventory counts and processed customer credit applications. Kelly is very proficient in using QuickBooks online including bank/credit card feeds and posting transactions.
Her interests include spending time with her family and being a part of her children's day-to-day activities. She enjoys working in her daughter's preschool class and taking gymnastics classes every week.
